All parties at the Museum are hosted by one of our Museum Communicators and include invitations, a hands-on activity of your choice, themed face-painting, time in Discovery World and a gift for the birthday boy or girl!

Take an adventure through the Museum! This party includes:

- All day admission to Discovery World and the Tropical Forest

- Free admission for two accompanying adults to Discovery World and the Tropical Forest
- Party bags filled with goodies are available for each child at an additional cost of $3 per child
$20 per child – Discovery World Tropical Forest admission fee applies for additional adults.
Super Deluxe Party
Celebrate at the Museum in our special party room! This party includes:
- Party host
- All day admission to Discovery World and the Tropical Forest,
including a special tour through the Tropical Forest
with your party host - Themed face painting
- A hands-on activity led by your party host
- A gift for the birthday boy or girl
- Free admission for two accompanying adults to Discovery World and the Tropical Forest
- Exclusive use of the Discovery Pad party room, decorated to suit your chosen theme, with party music and balloons
- A selection of children’s party food
- Catering options can be tailored to suit your group’s needs (changes from the standard menu may have an additional cost)
- Party bags filled with goodies are available for each child at an additional cost of $3 per child
$27 per child – Discovery World Tropical Forest admission fee applies for additional adults.
Night at the Museum
Turn your party into a sleepover! This party includes:
- Party host
- Private use of Discovery World*
- Themed face painting
- A hands-on activity led by your party host
- A gift for the birthday boy or girl
- A mysterious night-time adventure
- An overnight sleepover in Discovery World
- A selection of children’s party food – supper and breakfast
- Catering options can be tailored to suit your group’s needs (changes from the standard menu may have an additional cost)
- Party bags filled with goodies are available for each child at an additional cost of $3 per child
$695 for up to 15 people (including adults), $38 per additional person.
*Please note this option does not include entry to the Tropical Forest.
Overnight in the Tropics
Have the hottest party in town with this exciting sleepover! Party includes:
- Party host
- Private use of Discovery World and the Tropical Forest
- Tropical dress ups and face painting
- A hands-on activity led by your party host
- A gift for the birthday boy or girl
- A mysterious night-time adventure
- An overnight sleepover in Discovery World
- Film screening on the Tropical Forest’s Big Screen
- A selection of children’s party food – supper and breakfast with the butterflies
- Catering options can be tailored to suit your group’s needs (changes from the standard menu may have an additional cost)
- Party bags filled with goodies are available for each child at an additional cost of $3 per child
$1,050 for up to 15 people, $48 per additional person including adults.
A minimum of 10 party guests is required. One adult per 10 children must stay for the whole party.
A 20% deposit is required to secure your party booking. This is non-refundable if the party is cancelled within 48 hours of the event.
