Join us to celebrate the 300th birthday of Carl Linnaeus – the father of taxonomy.
Linnaeus, a Swedish naturalist, doctor and teacher created the foundations for the modern scheme of scientific naming. His system for naming, ranking and classifying all living things forms the basis of taxonomy today.
Join us to appreciate the legacy of Linnaeus and his fellow naturalists, Daniel Solander and Joseph Banks, through this enlightening exhibition.
